Who are you

We are a small group of design enthusiasts, fascinated by clean, uncluttered modern minimalism. Our goal is to bring exceptional style, function and value to our customers. While our beginnings have been humble, we are dedicated to uncovering high quality home furnishings that are accessible and affordable for our patrons.

Is my information safe with you

Our E-Commerce platforms and payment service providers are technology leaders in their respective areas. All sensitive information are handled exclusively by these solution providers who stand behind their secure infrastructure and technology. A 256-bit SSL is used for all traffic coming into and out of our store. All persistent data meet or exceed Level-1 PCI compliance standards. What happens when I place an order

Within minutes of placing the order, you should receive an Order Confirmation email from our store. You should review the email to verify the accuracy of the order. The email should contain (i) order summary (all items purchased, subtotal, taxes, shipping charges and the grand total) (ii) Your shipping and billing address (iii) Payment details.

After an order is received, it goes through a mandatory fraud risk evaluation process, which may take upto 6 hours. This process, while it adds to the fulfillment time, is in place to protect ourselves and the customer. If anything suspicious is detected during this process, the order fulfillment is suspended. You will be notified by email and phone during business hours. If the threats are resolved favorably, the order will be released for fulfillment. If the threats can not be resolved, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email and phone.

Our warehouse team will work on shipping the items as soon as the order is cleared for fulfillment. When a shipping schedule is available, it will be sent to you via email. The email should contain a tracking number and the web address where tracking information will be available.

All Products are shipped to you in appropriate packaging to help ensure that you receive your purchase in excellent condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Please see our Return Policy here.

Do you charge taxes?

Sales tax is estimated for your order based on the laws and regulations of the state and local jurisdiction as indicated in the shipping address. States and local jurisdictions have different laws regarding taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.

As of now, we only charge taxes for orders shipping to the state of Virginia.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we do. We have partnered with Klarna to provide financing options to our customers. Klarna is one of Europe’s leading providers of payment solutions for e-commerce, with an emphasis on "buy-now-pay-later" financing. To finance your purchase, simple select Klarna as your payment option during checkout and within seconds, you will be presented with the financing options available to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock orders ship from our warehouse in Virginia and typically arrive anywhere in the continental U.S. within 7-14 business days. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during regular business hours. If an item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected delivery date. Please be aware that some products will ship directly from our suppliers or partners, which can take slightly longer. We are happy to provide you with delivery quotations for expedited deliveries if you need them sooner than the standard delivery timeframe.

How will my order be delivered?

We use national carriers like FedEx, UPS to ship most products, though items that are too large are shipped via specialized carrier. In most cases, carriers will call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a convenient delivery time during regular business hours. If you require extra services such as a delivery appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
